Shipping

Free to UK mainland locations. If items are in stock you will receive the items within four working days after placing your order. Please enquire before ordering if you live on an (Island) or a (Remote Location) as shipping charges may be applicable in this instance.

Warranty

WaterRower & Nohrd Products are all sold with three years manufactures warranty. Products will be assessed for reasonable use to ascertain the validity of a warranty claim. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returning items for warranty claims. Please keep your payment receipt on file and when contacting the manufacturer, you will need to give them your product serial number. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty on a product. For non-warranty replacement parts; these are available for all WaterRower and Nohrd Products please contact (us/or) WaterRower for assistance, as we are happy to help.

Quality

WaterRower Products are made with the upmost care in the USA and Nohrd Products are made by hand in Germany. Several quality checks are made in the factory and sustainable hardwoods are always used. Nohrd and WaterRower Products will last for many years in your home if they are looked after and maintained.

Installation

The WaterRower arrives boxed in several carefully packaged parts. You require only basic DIY skills to assemble your rower and you are supplied with everything that you need including detailed instructions. It is useful to have a friend or family member at hand to help hold parts during assembly. Nohrd products mostly come complete and require little to no assembly. In the case of the Nohrd Slim Beam it requires more involved assembly and fitting to a wall. (We recommend getting this fitted for you please enquire for details) If you require assembly of your product please enquire before making purchase. We can arrange assembly for you and this is usually priced (circa) £275.00 for an individual product (exact price to be confirmed on application, please contact us so we can quote you before purchase.

Design

All products represented by Luxury Wellbeing have been chosen by us for their high quality, style and function. You will not find products on our website that we do not personally endorse. If you require design advise or you are planing to develop a gym room please contact us to see if we can help you. We believe in developing stylish usable spaces that integrate beautifully into your home. We can put together quotes to suit your goals, budget, style and requirements.

Returns

If you would like to return a product this should be done within two weeks of purchase. As a first instance please contact us to let us know. We will then give you the full return address info and assist you with this. Please do not return goods without contacting us before hand. Please note that products should be unopened / un-damaged and in perfect (resale condition) to be accepted as a return. If you are are in any doubts as to whether a product is suitable for you please contact us before making a purchase; as we may be able to assist with finding a place that you can try the product before you commit to buying. In the case of (customised or special order products) we advise you that these cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is because the product has been made especially for you to match your specific order specification. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring that products are packaged well and not damaged during return shipping.
